I started cooking purely as a necessity after I came to the US. But now this has become my favourite hobby , thanks to the recipes on the internet. In this section you will find the simplest recipe to most South Indian Items and one featured recipe every month.

Sambhar Varieties
There are several different types of Sambhar you can make. In this section you will find only the most popular and easy to make ones.
Sathumudu Varieties ( Rasam )
Sathumudu , as Rasam is fondly called in Iyengar households, is the second course in a typical three course meal. In this section you will find simple recipes for the most popular varieties .
Karimedu Varieties ( Curry )
